Iberica is a group of premium Spanish Restaurants delivering memorable Spanish gastronomy to our guests since 2008.
We can't wait to welcome our new Host / Hostess to the team!
The Job
The successful candidate will be someone with passion for exceptional guest service, ideally with background experience in similar roles and in hospitality.
The key to this role is to welcome our guests and manage the flow of walk-ins and bookings, and making the our guest's experience a memorable starting with a warm and friendly welcome!
The Host/Hostess will also fulfill and effectively manage the reservations and bookings system in the restaurant, maximizing restaurant capacity and supporting the team of waiters and managers to ensure all guests receive an excellent service.
