Job description
Part - time 19.5 hours per week
Showroom Host needed who is self motivated and can offer great customer service.
Based in our Holt showroom, the role involves many administrative tasks alongside communicating with customers both in person and over the phone on a daily basis.
- Meeting and greeting prospective customers in the showroom, showing and explaining the products and services on offer.
- Booking appointments and keeping the appointment diary up to date.
- Answering the showroom phone professionally and dealing with enquiries in a courteous manner at all times.
- Liaise with suppliers in placing orders and dealing with any queries.
- Liaise with costumers to keep them up-to-date on the progres of their order.
- Work closely with the Sales team to maximise sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the fitting team to ensure that fitting diary is maintained and kept up to date.
- Maintain up to date and accurate records via our IT systems (training will be provided)
- To carry out general housekeeping and cleaning tasks to ensure the showroom is presentable to costumers .
- This role requires attention to detail as well as the ability to work alone and under pressure .
- Kitchen/Bedroom/Bathroom/DIY Retail industry experience is desirable but not required as training will be provided.
Please be aware that there is an element of heavy lifting with this role, Proof of the right to work in the UK will be checked before an appointment.
Previous kitchen industry/ DIY retail experience is preferable but not essential as full training would be provided for the right candidate.
