We’re on the hunt for a Facilities Manager to oversee our local and regional offices. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, self-sufficient and detail-oriented, with great communication skills and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and agree contracts and providers for services
  • Supervise multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security
  • Help businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing
  • Draft reports and make written recommendations.
  • Review and be responsible for lease agreements globally
  • Be responsible for maintaining the facilities and oversee the daily administrative operations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Heads
  • Manage real estate projects within the approved budget
  • Be responsible and oversee building maintenance and services through trusted providers
  • Develop and maintain a vendor base for a cost-efficient procurement of inventory
  • Oversee communication and security frameworks within the facility
  • Ensure all offices meet the safety guidelines
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure the building is functioning correctly
  • Manage contracts and contractors for various projects.

The ideal candidate has:

  • At least 5-year+ in managing multiple office locations locally & internationally
  • Great communication and influencing skills, in person and in writing
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to lead and manage teams and projects
  • Team Working & strong commercial awareness
  • Organisation, time management, prioritising and the ability to handle a complex, varied workload.
