Job description
As the very first person that our guests meet on arrival, you’ll be the face of our restaurant. Genuine and authentic, you’ll immediately make everyone feel welcomed and treated with care and courtesy. When you’ve put them at ease, you’ll show them to their seats and continuously communicate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth flow of guests.
You’ll have a perfect opportunity to interact with our customers, offering them a top-class experience as they enjoy delicious meals and tempting tipples. You must enjoy building a rapport with lots of different people and naturally creating conversation so our guests leave with a warm and fuzzy feeling about the wonderful time they’ve had.
It’s important that you have a great command of the English language and a flexible attitude to working hours – the restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week so this role will require you to covers all shifts. We need you to have plenty of experience in restaurants, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Now is a fantastic time to join us as we have recently re-launched The Glasshouse Restaurant after an extensive refurbishment. We are aiming sky high for the food and the experience and we’d love to have you come on this stratospheric journey with us.
The shifts will be on a 5 day rota Monday -Friday between 12pm -9pm and weekends 7-3:30pm or 12pm -9pm
