About the role…

You'll likely be the first person our guests will meet when they arrive to our Venue in readiness for their booking or celebration.

As well as ensuring everything is set up and ready as per the pre-arranged requirements, you will also be responsible for providing table and bottle service upon request. Provide welcome packs, welcome all guests in a friendly, sincere, and professional manner, delivering inspirational service every time; check the venue throughout your shift to maintain a high level of cleanliness and to ensure guests are enjoying their time and doing so in line with our responsible drinking policies. Touching base with the guests throughout the event to ensure everything is going to plan.

You’ll also assist with the opening/closing procedures of the business, ensure our guests events run smoothly and without a hitch.

  • Strong communication skills through a variety of means
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills to ensure a seamless and memorable experience, proactively resolving any challenges that may arise
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapting your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy – great at managing one’s own time
