Role responsibilities
- Welcoming guests to the venue
- Managing reservations and table turn times
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries
- Available to work evening and weekends
Key skills
- Previous work experience as a Host/Hostess is essential
- Experience in managing reservations and working with booking systems such as live res and resdiary
- Top notch customer-service skills
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire venue
- Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
