ABOUT G LIVE
Opened in 2011 G Live, Guildford is a landmark building. With inspirational architecture, light-filled foyers and a programme incorporating the best in live music, big name comedy, dance and classical, G Live is truly a venue for everyone. We also host community events and functions including conferences, parties, and weddings.
We offer opportunities for advancement, with regularly scheduled development training sessions as well as cross-role training.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
At G Live we are recruiting for a Hospitality team member, the main responsibilities of this role will be:
Customer service
Food and drink service
Keeping a clean workplace
Providing a warm welcome by greeting our guests, presenting menus, and explaining daily specials
Answering questions related to menu items, dietary requirements and suggest recommendations
Taking food and beverage orders, and providing an attentive and personalised level of service
Maintain Health and Safety, Food Safety and Fire Safety procedures
This is not an exhaustive list of duties, from time to time you may be required to undertake such alternative or additional duties these will be commensurate with your skills, experience, and capabilities.
