PERMANENT ASSISTANT FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER – Salary Neg - BORDERS OF MK/BEDFORD - Onsite live-in if required

On a daily basis you will be involved in the following daily duties:
- Support the coordination of the duty management team
- To ensure that the F&B service areas are running smoothly and to expectations
- Be aware and comply with health, safety and hygiene
- Ensure that staff are receiving the appropriate training with regular reviews
- Monitor stock, review and order where necessary
- Cover the Duty Manager if needed
What we need from you:
- Previous experience within F&B at a management level
- Ability to deal with high volumes of requirements in a multi site
- Due to location and shifts you need to drive and have your own transport OR opt for the "live-in" option
- Work 5 days out of 7, generally 7am – 3pm & 3pm – 11pm with the need to be flexible if required
