We are looking for passionate people who want to learn all the stations in the restaurant and become an invaluable asset to the team. Ultimately we want you running your great restaurants (ideally with us however we will set you up for success wherever you wish to go).

● People are the secret behind the success- we are looking for an individual who has an eye for detail and high standards.

● Are you a lateral thinker? Our newly built 110 seater restaurant will be extremely busy so great planning and organisation skills will be essential to running a smooth service.

● A clean place is a safe place. Maintaining a high level of hygiene, and food safety standard as per HACCP guidelines.

● You will have a good command of English and be eligible to work in the UK.
● You will be someone who loves working with people from different backgrounds, communities, age, gender, sexual orientation and disabilities.
● You are a team player who always puts customer and staff well-being first! “Team work makes the dream work”
● HD at the O2 aims to deliver a great customer experience. You will deliver great attention to detail, a positive mindset and always strive for a better tomorrow.
● Our kitchen is fast-paced and most items on menu are freshly made. You'll be handling many “carrots”at one time so working in a highly pressured environment is a norm at busy times.

● “How quick is your eye”? This restaurant will become one of the icons of the O2 with regular social events and influencer/celebrity visits will become the norm. As FOH you’ll be expected to identify and seat them accordingly, as kitchen member, you will ensure each menu item is above perfect. Perfection is the key word here.

● “How well do you know your desserts and food”? You should have in-depth knowledge of our menu and answer any food queries. Food is what the heart desires after all!

● The key to success is in the timing! So serving food and drinks in a timely order and with attention to detail, will be essential to gaining that feel good moment for you and the customers.

● The law is the law! We expect all applicants to adhere to public health, safety and sanitation standards and always DO THE RIGHT THING.

● Last but not least. Always be approachable and willing to help your colleagues and customers, with a token smile.
