Are you looking for a fast-paced role in a guest-focused environment, where no two days are the same? This is a great opportunity for graduates who have recently completed a Hospitality Management degree and are looking to springboard their career gaining credible experience within the luxury hotel market. This role will begin from summer 2023.


What you’ll be doing?


You will have studied a Hospitality related degree programme, along with having some relevant industry experience which may be in the form of work experience or placement. Our graduate opportunities can be tailored to the individual graduate or hotel requirements and so are perfect if you know your career lies in hospitality but are not sure in which department to specialise yet. Equally, you may already have a clear plan and with the right underpinning experience, we could place you into a specific departmental supervisory role from the off allowing you maximum exposure to progression in your chosen specialism of Food & Beverage or Front Office.

This hands-on role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your skills in interactions with both guests and team members, shadowing others whilst growing your confidence before taking on increased responsibilities.

Bi-monthly you will attend one of our development sessions with other graduates, supervisors or managers from across the collection in area's such as Financial Management, Sales and Marketing, Recruitment & Selection, Motivating Yourself and Others to name but a few. These will be delivered by our L&D team with supporting members from our Senior Leadership Team including our Managing Director.


What you’ll need?


  • To have completed a Hospitality Management or Travel & Tourism degree;
  • Ideally to have completed a 26-48 weeks placement/internship as part of your studies;
  • Relevant experience as a team member in a hotel or hospitality service led role;
  • You will be a great communicator as well as a good listener and be capable of building great relationships with colleagues.
  • It goes without saying that a positive ‘can do’ attitude is essential, along with a good sense of humour, team spirit, as well as a real and evident passion for the industry.


What to expect?


You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where we’ll expect you to be hungry to learn more. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours per week, across 5 days. Our early shifts start from 6am and late shifts will finish from 11pm onwards. Our hotels are busiest on Fri-Sunday, and so you should be prepared to work regular weekends.
