Hospitality (Commercial) Operations Manager

37.5 hours per week covering Monday – Sunday, Days, Evenings and Bank holidays as required.
The Hospitality (Commercial) Operations Manager will ensure the smooth running of activities in all our Commercial areas. Working closely with the Head of Commercial the role will bring the commercial strategy to all operational areas ensuring quality, visitor satisfaction and income growth whilst maintaining a sustainable business model.
Main Purpose of the Role
- To have overall responsibility for successful day to day running of all NTR commercial areas; Restaurant, Bars, café, roving sales and Events
- To ensure The Visitor Experience and standards of service in all areas are of the highest level and meet Norwich Theatre expectations at all times
- To increase sales and profitability across all commercial areas of responsibility and ensuring business objectives are met
- Provide leadership and motivation for all Hospitality team members
