Salary Range - £ 24,500 to £ 26,000 depending on experience.
We are seeking to recruit a Hospitality Supervisor who is to provide and supervise the provision of Refreshments and Catering to the relevant floors ensuring that the Client requests are met. The Supervisor will be responsible for checking that the designated locations for any Events meet the standards set in every way and continually looking for ways to improve the environment for the customers on site. They will act as the first point of call for customers and continually provide an exceptional level of customer service at all times. The Supervisor will work with the Front of House Manager to ensure that all levels of cleanliness are to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of the Events and provision of Refreshments and where require Catering services to the customer
- Maintain stock of consumables so as to be satisfied there are no incidents of being unable to offer a particular item
- Establish good working relationships with colleagues on-site in order to be recognised as the natural ‘go to' person
- Supervisor the Hospitality Assistants, maintaining high levels of cleanliness in the designated areas, including the Reception on the Third Floor where invited guests will be welcomed
- Complete daily checks in the designated areas, reporting any faults/issues to the Front of House Manager or Maintenance Manager
- Maintain a professional image at all times with everywhere remaining clean, tidy and ready for business
- Ensure Hospitality requests are met in a timely manner
- Deal with Hospitality deliveries to site and collections where appropriate
- Set up and move equipment for Events on site
- Provide a flexible approach to Events on site as per the requirements of the Client
- Provide a porterage service when required to ensure any Event runs smoothly and meets the needs of the Client
