Hospital Porter Team Leader
We're currently recruiting an ambitious Hospital Porter Team Leader to help us to effectively plan, manage and control the day-to-day operational activity of the logistics services at RSCH Hospital within the agreed budget parameters, through a team of Departmental Managers. The services include, but are not limited to portering, security control, switchboard and helpdesk.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- The key role is to ensure that the services are delivered to the required standards detailed in the contract specification through the application of high-level technical skills across the range of functional activities.
- To deliver elements within the business plan to achieve current year's performance.
- To ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds agreed budgets.
- To coach/support the Departmental Supervisors in the delivery of their roles.
- Provide trended analysis of Labour costs, Performance, Security Incidents and Trust activities in line with company and client requirements
- To maintain effective internal and external client and user relationships within area of responsibility.
- To deliver Health and Safety policy and standards.
Hospital Porter Team Leader - Royal Surrey County Hospital
26265.48 per Annum
Monday to Friday with some flexibility on weekends
Who you are:Our ideal Portering Team Leader will:
- At least 1 years operational experience of managing in at least one functional area with experience of working in a managing a multi-service operation.
- IT Literate at Intermediate Level
- Delivery through people
- Planning and Organising
- Can Do attitude
- Interpersonal Skills with strong influencing skills
- Customer Focus
