$500 Hiring bonus for certified Horticulturalists in Canada
We are currently seeking rock star landscapers for our growing company! We are looking for gardeners, landscapers, trimmers, arborists, anyone who loves plants! We need lawn mowers, maintenance workers and garden lovers! LOOKING FOR CREW LEADERS.
Previous work experience in landscaping, horticulture, gardening, or construction. Experience safely operating power tools and other maintenance equipment. Working phone, with data preferred.
Estimated hours: Monday - Thurs 7-5

- A problem solver. We like people who really own their role. We will give you the tools and systems, train you to be successful, and support you. It is expected that you will take problems and solve them, not bounce problems back to managers without providing options and suggestions.
- Always looking for ways to improve yourself, your team, and the company as a whole. We really appreciate any recommendations or tips you might have from previous experience or otherwise! We try to move and change quickly when systems aren’t working properly.
- Willing to work with newer employees and eager to develop them and teach them new skillsets because you realize that they are an asset to your team.
