AS A LOCAL PROVIDER WITH AN EXCELLENT REPUTATION WE ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT THE RIGHT CANDIDATE TO ADD TO OUR TEAM AND WE REQUIRE HOME CARE ASSISTANTS WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT CARE
- WE CURRENTLY REQUIRE SOME MORNING STARTERS - 7AM - 11.30 WHICH MAY INCLUDE LUNCHTIME SHIFTS TO 2.30
- WE ALSO REQUIRE 4PM STARTERS (USUAL HOURS FOR 4PM STARTER IS APPROX 4PM - 9PM SHIFT)
- HOMECARE ASSISTANTS WILL ALSO NEED TO BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ALTERNATE WEEKENDS. (WEEKEND WORKING ATTRACTS ENHANCED PAY)

We offer many benefits which include:
- Excellent rates of pay ( guaranteed starting salary £10.44 Mon - Fri & £11.44/hr for weekend working & £13.44 for Bank Holidays. Plus, a competitive mileage payment in addition to travel time.
- Increased hourly pay for those undertaking and completing Level 2 or Level 3 Diplomas in Health & Social Care.
Bonuses paid to staff include:
- Zero sickness bonus - paid every 6 months.
- Bank Holidays - Enhanced pay for working Bank Holidays
- Paid travel time - we pay travel time from your first client to your last, so you are always paid for the time you are at work.
- Mileage bonus - 45p per mile block payment of fuel costs paid weekly dependent on location of visits.
- Training time - time spent training or on courses are paid at your hourly rate and scheduled during your agreed working hours.
- Birthday bonus - receive a little extra in your pay on your Birthday.
- On call - if you wish to take on a little extra responsibility by answering queries/resolving out of hours problems. The on-call phone is an extra payment in addition to care hours worked.
- Loyalty/Length of service bonus - paid annually on anniversary of employment date, amount increasing each year of service.

We provide a high standard of care to elderly and vulnerable clients, enabling them to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. This can be an extremely satisfying and rewarding job which offers much variety each day.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY - paid comprehensive induction and full training is provided. Enrolment on Level 2/3 diploma in Health & Social Care, enabling progression within the company and attracting enhanced pay upon completion. Care certificate training and completion, which is recognised and mandatory within the care sector.
Duties include: travelling to client's homes and providing Personal Care; assisting washing, bathing, shower, changing incontinence pads (full training is given and staff will not be expected to work alone until confident and competent). Medication prompting and recording, Food Preparation, Companion Service, Shopping, Cleaning, Accompanying to appointments etc.
There are opportunities to progress within the company to Assistant Senior Carers and Senior Home Care Assistants, managing your own team. There are also opportunities to train and become specialised within different areas of Health & Social Care.
A CURRENT DRIVING LICENCE AND YOUR OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL
