Home to school transport customer relations and appeals role sits within the Transport Delivery Group of Warwickshire County Council. Transport Delivery are responsible for the operational delivery of home to school transport, adult social care transport and subsidised public transport networks within Warwickshire.
This is an exciting and challenging time to join the team as we have recently inherited the home to school transport budget of c£30m. This role will be critical in providing clear and consistent communication to various stakeholders, whilst following relevant policies and processes.
