Job description
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland’s leading independent agent and promote our Sunday Times and Best Estate Agent Guide award-winning service.
We are seeking a property professional who is well presented, professional, personable and a team member who is pro-active in their approach to all aspects of our business.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent computer and communication skills. Acting as first point of contact, the role will be primarily customer focused; on the telephone, answering online enquiries and dealing with clients and customers face to face in our office. The role will also help our busy Letting Manager with letting administration and will assist them in preparing letting properties to be launched on the market, producing floorplans, communicating with landlords and tenants and meeting compliance requirements.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great organisational skills.
Competent IT skills are essential and previous experience in a sales or similar setting is a must.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Full Time – Core hours are as follows:
21 Hours per week.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am – 5pm
Annual Salary: £12,012 (based on an hourly rate of £11.00 per hour)
Flexibility is required to cover office opening hours and holiday periods. Competitive salary, 18 days annual leave, auto enrolment in the company pension scheme and employee benefits.
