What is the purpose of the role?
The Home Ownership Officer is responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective service for customers accessing Home Ownership products such as Right to Buy, Right to Acquire, Shared Ownership, Rent to Buy, Right to Shared Ownership and other similar products.
Why is the role important?
The role is important to ensure the smooth running of the Home Ownership section, from dealing with initial enquires, assessing eligibility against legislative requirements and progressing applications through to legal instruction, working with others to meet Business Plan objectives and help ensure sales targets are met.
