We’re Abri, a housing association based in the south of England. One of the largest in fact. We've got 35,000 homes and 1,500 colleagues. And if all our 80,000 residents lived in the same place, we’d have a town roughly the size of Guildford.

Your new role
Have you had experience working in customer services or a call centre environment?
Have you had experience of working in housing, estate agency or property lettings?
Do you enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment? Whilst offering excellent Customer Service.
Can you demonstrate the skill and passion to “Go the extra mile” for the customer?

As a member of our Customer Services Team, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound phone calls, letters, e-mails and visitors. You will deal with varied enquiries including Home Ownership, Market Rentals, Post Sales & Tenancy Management
At the front line of our customer service experience, you'll be responsible for resolving issues and answering questions on a huge variety of topics, processing applications, as well as maintaining accurate records.
Knowledge of home ownership, property lettings or housing related services is an advantage, but you above all we want someone with a genuine passion for going above and beyond for our customers.
We're looking for one permanent and one six month fixed term and please let us know your preference on your application form.
