Job description
What is the purpose of the role?
The Home Ownership Assistant role provides an efficient and effective general administrative service. They will act as the first point of contact for customers accessing the Right to Buy / Right to Acquire service as well as other Home Ownership products such as Shared Ownership and will be able to manage a positive outcome to provide an excellent service.
Why is the role important?
The role is important to ensure the smooth running of our Right to Buy / Right to Acquire / Property Sales service and support the team in to process applications.
