Woodlands Care Home is looking to appoint an ambitious and innovative individual, who can lead our brand new, ‘state-of-the-art’ 81-bedded service.
The ideal Home Manager is someone who would aspire to exceed the high standards already set, by putting their own stamp on this care home and taking it to greater heights.
We recently received a stellar Care Inspectorate result, where we were awarded Grade’s of 4 across all 5 key themes.
Home Manager Contract
- Base salary of £78,000 per annum (DOE)
- Annual bonus (40% of salary), OTE of £109,200
- Pension

The key components for a successful Home Manager are
- Hiring and building a resolute and committed team.
- Clinical qualification is desirable. If you are not RGN/RMN qualified, you must be comfortable leading a clinical team.
- Building a strong rapport with local healthcare agencies and professionals.
- Embedding the highest standards of care.
- Sales focused, achieving occupancy and fee targets.
