25 hours per week part-time on a rostered basis, evenings and weekends only
As part of the reablement programme we are looking to recruit reablement carers to join our In-house reablement team to work across the London Borough of Ealing, in partnership with the Clinical Commissioning Group.
If you have previous experience in any of the following:
- supporting individuals in their own homes to maintain/sustain their independence with daily living
- customer care or care settings
- support individuals to have the skills to enable customers to achieve their potential goals and to remain as independent as possible within their own home.
We provide mandatory training programmes for suitable candidates.
The post requires the post holder to visit people within the London Borough of Ealing and to follow specified timetable for these visits.
This role is deemed customer facing and as such you must have a command of spoken English which is sufficient to enable you to effectively perform the role. This requirement relates to Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016.
As part of the selection process you will be required to undertake an English and maths assessment.
