The Care Assistant Role:

Within the SureCare family, we find it's very important we look after our Care Assistants, so, in return they look after our service users. With care visits ranging from a minimum of 30 minutes to two hours or more, supporting with a range of tasks such as personal care, assisting with medication and meal preparation, this gives the Care Assistants plenty of time to care for and build a rapport with the ones who require care.

Care is so very important to SureCare, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest quality of care to a wide scope of care requirements, no matter what we're faced with, this means we're looking for Care Assistants who are patient, empathetic, reliable & want to make a difference in their community, because it needs you.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing care to the best of your ability
  • Administering medication
  • Manual handling, using equipment where required
  • Being a support system for the one requiring care, don't be just a 'carer'.

Flexibly work a range of shift patterns including alternate weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £300.00-£400.00 per week
