Job description
Our multinational company is seeking a Shop Manager with significant experience in retail management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of the shop and will ensure that the shop's target market is satisfied. The immediate role requires a Shop Manager who is skilled at identifying and implementing new revenue streams. The successful candidate will be passionate about customer service and have a broad knowledge of the retail industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of a retail store.
- Interact with customers and employees to ensure their needs are met.
- Create and execute strategies to increase sales and improve customer service.
- Deal with difficult customers.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members.
- Assist employees in resolving customer complaints.
- Maintain inventory levels to meet sales goals.

Salary: £23,989.00-£26,160.00 per year
