SRS Care Solutions are looking for Support Workers to join our growing care team in East Kilbride!
Experience isn’t essential as we provide full sector training to all candidates paid at your standard hourly rate! We recruit on transferrable values such as compassion and respect.
This position is community based, as our staff provide care to service users living in their own homes. Tasks can include personal care, general household duties, meal preparation and medication prompts/administration.
SRS Care take great pride in offering all of our carers guaranteed contracted hours, allowing you to plan your finances. We are an accredited national living wage employer and the rate is £10.50 per hour.
Rota: We work on a rolling rota basis.
Week 1: Mon Thu Fri
Week 2: Tue Wed Sat and Sun
7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm
Role:
- Carrying out intimate personal care
- Supporting each individual to meet personal outcomes
- General household duties
- Medication prompts/administration
- Meal preparation
- Following ‘Health and Social Care standards: My Support, My Life’ guidance at all times as outlined by the Scottish government
