JOB DISCRIPTION
This role is varied so no two days are the same, we don't offer 'pop in/pop out' visits (most of our calls are a minimum of 1 hour) allowing you the time you need, to provide the best quality of care. Our clients are unique individuals and deserve to be treated as such, meaning tasks will change in line with varying client needs. Duties can include:
- Supporting clients with their daily life tasks including, personal care, medication, food prep, household chores
- Supporting and encouraging clients to partake in their interests such as hobbies, shopping trips, or just general companionship
- Liaising with clients, their families, and Unique’s office team to ensure that the care given is continually up to date
