What does caring Involve?
- Personal Care such as assist with showering/bathing, dressing, medication etc
- Compassionate/Practical Support such as laundry, cleaning, preparing and cooking meals and taking people out to the shops, doctors or social events.
- Specialised Care - Supporting people with specialist needs
- Helping clients with their everyday duties
- Managing different medical conditions like dementia, autism, challenging behaviour
- Household duties, cooking, cleaning and general running of their home
We are looking for people who are ready and want to make a real difference to our clients lives, supporting them to live surround by memories they cherish within a community they know, feel safe and connected.
It is person centred, companionship led care which gives our CAREProfessionals enough time to stop and talk, to be a truly professional Care provider and take pride in making a difference for our clients.
No experience is required, however we would welcome anyone with experience.

Home Instead Mansfield Will Offer You:
- A schedule that fits – Whether you’re looking for evening or weekend jobs, or an early start in the morning, we will agree a working pattern that works for you and our clients - Applicants must be committed, prepared to work every other weekend on either a Saturday and Sunday, and you will need to be available for at least 2 evenings a week.
- We have a variety of flexible shifts available - from 06.45-15.30 to 15.30-23.00
- Very Competitive rates of pay - You are the heart of our success to raise the standards of care
Band 1 Induction and Shadow shifts £11.00 per hour
Band 2 New to Care £11.30 per hour + mileage + travel allowance
Band 3 Mentor and Development Team £12.30 (Experienced) per hour + Mileage + Travel allowance
Band 4 Evening visits from 8pm onwards - additional rate
