Home Care Assistant – Harlow
Permanent, Full Time and Part Time
From £10.42 per hour
Location: Harlow and surrounding areas
Essex County Council (ECC) are delighted to be supporting Diamond Unique Care to recruit Care Assistants for their domiciliary service around Harlow, Essex.
The shift patterns vary with both full time and part time hours available and will require day, evening and weekend working. Shift times can be discussed at interview stage.
Diamond Unique Care Ltd are a family run care organisation based in Harlow, Essex providing health and well-being care to elderly residents in their own homes. They focus on the needs of each individual and provide care through their passionate and experienced staff.
As a Care Assistant, you will be providing personal care and household care that is personalised for each service user while always maintaining their dignity and respect. This will include;
Assisting service users to attend medical appointments and day centres
Assisting with personal care including nutrition, dressing, bathing and light housework.
Your enthusiasm, people skills, reliability and “can-do” approach is vital for a role in care. Previous experience in a care role would be preferred but no formal experience is necessary as all our staff receive ongoing training tailored to the specific needs of the individual you support.

Diamond Unique Care applies a robust recruitment vetting process. If you are successful you will need to undergo a Pre-employment Vetting Procedure.
As part of employment should your role require a DBS check you will be required to register with the DBS update service. The DBS update service ensures all registered DBS certificates are kept up to date and allows authorised parties to view the status of your certificate.
