Tendacare is recruiting NOW for homecare staff to work 6 - 40 hours per week

However many hours all rotas to include either a weekend (alternate) or evening shift

With flexible hours that fit around family life, fixed hour contracts and earnings that include travel and non-contact time.

Based in Ashtead we are a small friendly homecare agency with an excellent reputation within our community. We provide high quality care to residents in the Leatherhead and Epsom areas, supporting them to live independent and fulfilling lives in their own homes.

If you are new to homecare we have a full training and care buddy system in place.

If you are experienced with level 2 diploma in Health & Social Care then after induction and shadowing you will receive a pay enhancement.

The role of home care staff is to visit people in their own home who are older or disabled but wish to be as independent as possible. They may require support such as personal care and toileting needs when getting up in the morning or going to bed in the evening, taking their own medication, making food and drink, enabling them to be as secure and safe as possible in their own home whilst receiving a friendly approach from someone who cares.
