Job description
Our amazing care teams support people at home and in the local community by attending scheduled home calls. Depending on the needs of the client, you could be helping with light cleaning, preparing meals and drinks, helping clients with their personal care and washing, and supporting with medication.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that our client’s needs and wishes are met
- Working with other health and social care professionals to provide holistic care
- Administering medication under supervision (as detailed in their individual medication administration record)
- Helping people with washing, dressing and eating
- Teaching life skills such as money management and communication
- Working with other care professionals to create and implement care and development plans
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-45 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
