JOB DESCRIPTION
Our reception team play a vital role in the success of our business as they are the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
We are looking for home based telephone receptionists who are passionate about providing a high level of service, to work as part of our busy reception team.
You will be required to work from home. You must have access to a landline /
Skype and a stable internet connection. Over and above contracted hours, flexibility would be required with regard to overtime shifts bearing in mind the company operates a 24-hour reception.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- logging on to the system promptly at the start each shift
- remain in Skype contact with your colleagues throughout your shift
- answering all calls as quickly as possible
- greeting customers
- be aware of which readers are expected to be logged on whilst you are on shift & answer reader availability questions
- registering new clients
- processing credit card payments
- connecting the customer to the required psychic
- if the required psychic is not available, you will need to be able to recommend an alternative
- assist a customer with the choice of psychic if necessary
- pre-booking sessions with specific psychics
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Full training will be given on our telephone system as well as training to carry out the role as a receptionist within the company. Previous experience with telephone /call centre work and previous customer service experience would be an advantage.

Job Type: Part-time, immediate start
Part-time hours: 15 hours
Saturdays: 2pm – 7pm
Sundays: 5am – 9am
Mondays: 11pm – 5am (Monday night/Tuesday morning).

Salary: £10.42 per hour day rate / £11.42 per hour night rate
