Job description
As an Outbound & Quality Assurance Auditor, you will be processing Outbound Bookings (Feedback) for our property appointments. This includes checking property photos, videos, floor plans etc. to make sure they meet the Clients requirements before sending them on.
Two full-time positions are currently available, working hours as follows:
Role One: 40 Hours Per Week - Tuesday to Saturday, 9am – 6pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
Role Two: 40 Hours Per Week - Sunday to Thursday, 9am – 6pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)
The salary offered for each role is £27,500 per annum.

Required skills:
- At least 2 years of experience working from home
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Sales or Quality Assurance (non-retail)
- Excellent administrational, attention to detail and data entry skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Fluency in English – both verbal and written
- Maths - for basic calculations
- Tech Savvy - working remotely means that we rely on technology a lot, we are also a ‘PropTech’ company

Things to consider:
We operate a Bring Your Own Device to work policy for all employees meaning that you will need your own laptop and must have high-speed broadband.
