Job description
The Virtual Call-Centre operates Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am and 6.15pm
As a remote Customer Services Advisor, you will provide front line support to customers and clients by providing an efficient and effective service, delivering first time contact resolution in a timely and accurate manner.
You will deal with enquiries and requests in a courteous manner, aiming to resolve the enquiry and provide an excellent level of service.
Required:
- Demonstrates the competencies for the role
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience of working to targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a scheduled environment
Preferred:
- Good keyboard skills
- Experience in the financial sector
- Call centre experience
