We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as home-based customer service representatives. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while providing top-notch customer support to our valued clients.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
Providing accurate and timely information about our products and services
Resolving customer issues and complaints
Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and emails
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
