HOME AND CARAVAN INSURANCE - CUSTOMER SALES ADVISOR | Mark Bates Ltd | Grantham, Lincolnshire
- Full time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm.
- Based at Premier House, Londonthorpe Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 9SN.
- Pay commensurate with experience

The Role
- Make outbound calls to existing Mark Bates Ltd customers (no cold-calling involved)
- Advise new and existing customers on our range of products;
- Generate new and renewal sales;
- Meet sales and performance targets and KPIs;
The Ideal Candidate
- Committed to providing high quality customer service;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Numeracy and IT competent;
- Thrives in a fast-paced, friendly team environment;
- Self-motivated.
No previous experience required, as comprehensive training is provided.
