The team are looking for 2 Holiday Sales Advisor to help us inspire new and existing customers and take them to the destinations they have always dreamed of.
1 role is full time permanent in at offices here at Hudson Quarter, York. The second role is 1 year temporary contract where you will be able to work from home.

Our brand new offices at Hudson Quarter in York are at the very heart of the rail industry with great transport links and employ just over 100 people in a creative and innovative space you will get to visit from time to time.

- A passion and enthusiasm for travel
- Have previous sales or customer service experience
- Are driven to achieve targets and influence sales whilst helping and inspiring people along the way
- An ability to build a rapport with customers on the telephone whilst navigating various IT systems
- A good grasp of worldwide geography
- Some travel industry experience, but not essential
- Strong IT skills
The role is on a shift rota. Shift patterns are:
- Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30pm
- Monday to Friday 10.30am-7.00pm
- Monday to Friday 2.00pm-10.00pm
- Saturday 9.00am-5.00pm
- Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm
You will be expected to work some weekends. If you are working the 2.00pm-10.00pm, 10.30am-7.00pm and Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm shifts, we will allow you to work from home.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Salary: Up to £31,000.00 per year
