Role: Holiday Home Sales Executive

Resort: Seaham Hall
Salary: £21,000 - £30,000 basic salary (+ uncapped commissions + bonuses)
Hours: 40 Hours (Full time) 5 over 7 days


*Realistic OTE of £55,000-£100,000+*

To cope with the increased demand
we're looking for driven, outgoing, committed and personable people to join our Sales team! The role involves looking after our members when they visit our resorts on holiday. You will be their main point of contact during their stay and will provide them with important information and updates taking place throughout our portfolio. Not only will you ensure they’re making best use of their membership, you will also present them with new membership options and upgrades to enhance their membership, all of which takes place during a relaxed face-to-face appointment over a coffee!


Who do we need?

  • A multi-skilled and driven individual who ideally has a minimum of x1 years previous Sales experience (however this is NOT essential)
  • A person who can provide excellent customer service and has great written and verbal communication skills
  • An individual who understands the importance of attention to detail in ensuring that our 5 star standard of service is always delivered
  • Someone who is computer literate and has a good understanding of Microsoft systems
  • A person with the ability to effectively interact with guests, the team and management in a professional manner
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • An individual who is well presented and represents a high standard of competence at all times
  • Someone with access to transport and the willingness to work a range of shift patterns
