Clubszone are actively recruiting for a Holiday Club Leader to join our growing team in the Nechells, Birmingham (B7) area.
What does the role of a Holiday Club Leader involve?
We are looking for confident, positive individuals who can deliver a range of fun and engaging childrens activities.
- To create and deliver fun and exciting sports activities and games
- Build rapport with children day to day to build positive connections
- To maintain effective communication with your camp manager
- Maintain our 5-star customer service rating when dealing with customers
- Ensuring all health and safety measures are complied with daily
- Dealing with first aid instances
- Deliver dance/drama/arts & crafts activities (only if this is your speciality)
What makes a strong Holiday Club Leader?
- Have experience in one of the following: Sports, Dance, gymnastics, childcare or arts & crafts
- Previous experience working with children is essential
- Level 2 qualification in childcare or in sport/dance/arts and crafts delivery is desirable
- High energy and positivity for working with children aged 5 – 13
- Pediatric first aid certificate is desirable
- Level 2 Safeguarding certificate is desirable
- Enhanced DBS is essential prior to start (Clubs Zone will pay for this if you do not have one already)

We have been operating for over 10 years and are excited to enter our most ambitious year of creating over 25 venues around the Midlands. Our passion is to provide as many exciting and engaging activities for children of all abilities and backgrounds aged 5 – 13.
We provide all the different sports you can think of, as well as performing arts and arts & crafts. Last year we added laser tag, archery, fencing to name a few. We also hold inflatable days that are very popular.
