Job description
We are looking for a Domestic Cleaner to join our Nottingham team to look after several HMO properties on the outskirts of Nottingham city centre.
With access to your own car, you will travel between these properties, visiting each on a weekly basis to ensure they are clean and well maintained.
YMCA Robin Hood Group provides housing support for a whole range of vulnerable adults and young people (aged 16+) in our transitionary properties across Nottingham. As part of our Supported Housing team, you will be share in our belief that everyone should have a fair chance to discover who they are and what they can become.
Working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you will visit each of the homes assigned to you to clean the bedrooms, living spaces, communal areas, kitchens and bathrooms. These are properties of multiple occupancies.
As part of our cleaning schedule, deep cleans and specific cleans will be tasked through out the year.
We will supply all the products you need and also provide full health and safety/COSHH training to ensure you are working in a safe manner.
We also rely on you to check for any damage, maintenance needs or health and safety concerns.
It goes without saying, you will take a huge amount of pride in your work and have the highest standards in your work.
As you will be using your own car for this role, we pay £100 per month (in addition your salary) for the use of your car for work. This is an additional £1200 per year so help pay towards the running of your vehicle. If you do not have access to a vehicle, unfortunately you will not qualify for this additional payment.
