HIV Centre Specialist – Field Based Account Manager
Field Based – North London and East Anglia
As a HIV Centre Specialist you will be accountable for generating demand for ViiV licensed assets in hospitals/centre’s by providing Health Care Professionals (HCP’s) with highly credible and scientifically engaging interactions on our promoted medicines.
You will be the main point of contact for ViiV in the area, building and developing relationships with external stakeholders. The Centre Specialist will work closely with the cross functional team in order to maximise sales of ViiV assets.
Key Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Acting as a HIV specialist account manager for ViiV- Taking the guidance from Brand specific National action plans and campaigns to develop a clear and comprehensive territory account management plan with detailed objectives and KPI measures of success
- Delivering against their performance objectives, KPI’s and account plans with an agreed budget
- Clinically selling to key customers on territory in a highly qualified and scientifically engaging manner eg Professors, Consultants, Clinical Nurse Specialists and Pharmacists
- Achieving market access to enable Hospital/centre usage
- Working closely with all stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer interface
- Developing advocacy at a local level and mobilizing HCP’s
- Managing Key External Experts for above country mobilisation
- Leading on the coordination and account management of activities in the hospital
- Monitor the execution of the plan and the KPI’s
- Support the implementation of pilot projects and the cascade of best practice
- Operating and delivering commercial objectives in line with ViiV values
