We create bitesize documentaries on a vast array of topics that we publish online across all social media platforms in over 8 languages. We have a huge following allowing us to reach millions of people around the world every day. Our main brand ‘Be Amazed’ is a proven, successful brand that we are looking to grow whilst building other creative and unique brands alongside.
The role
We are currently seeking a HR Manager to look after our growing team. You will proactively look after our team and manage all aspects of HR including hiring. Your main task will involve recruiting new staff so the majority of your job will involve reviewing applications and interviewing candidates. You will also be tasked with planning company events and looking after our office space every now and then. We want our team to have the best experience possible, whether based in our office or working remotely.
You will report directly to the CEO.
We’re a small(ish) company (There’s 15 of us currently) with plenty of room for progression and making the role your own. Occasionally, and in line with your strengths and interests, you may be asked to work outside your job description.
What you will be doing (ranked from most to least time intensive):
- Recruitment: write job descriptions, candidate selection, interviews and contracts
- Manage our events and proactively find new ways to celebrate our team and success
- Manage all aspects of Human Resources including time-off management, onboarding/offboarding, helping with performance review and employee data management
- Solve work issues and communicate with stakeholders before it escalates
- Office operations: create and update company policies, documentation and process
- Champion our company culture by building a strong relationship with the team and delivering initiatives to drive and monitor engagement
- Manage facilities and ensure the office is a safe and great environment to work in. This includes but is not limited to office moves and layout, relationship with vendors, maintenance, food orders, office supplies etc.

Salary: £27,500.00-£40,000.00 per year
