Job Title: HGV Driver - Surface Treatment (Spray Tanker / Sweeper / Winter Gritter / Grab Lorry)
Location: Retford
Contract: Fixed term contract: April 2023 – August 2023
Rate: £15.60ph plus bonuses & overtime

Responsibilities
As HGV Driver for either a spray tanker, mechanical sweeper, winter gritter or grab lorry you’ll be working within our Surface Treatment team supporting them in working nationally to ensure safety of site, self and colleagues, quality of work and production.
Your day to day will include:
Establishing good working relationships with the Foreman, Agent, Supervisor and other work colleagues
Taking ownership and communicating all issues on site, carrying out your responsibilities in an efficient and safe manner
Whilst driving / operating vehicles or plant, ensuring all daily checks are carried out and recorded
Driving in a safe and courteous manner, within the legal requirements always
Maintaining written and electronic records
What are we looking for?
This role of HGV Driver is great for you if you can:
Use your written and numerical skills effectively
Drive and hold a full Category C UK driving licence
