
HGV Driver (Nights) Worksop, England
Job description
Location: Worksop
Shifts available: Contracted 50 hours per week Monday to Friday (finishing Saturday morning), including paid meal breaks up to 45 minutes per shift.
Core hours will be worked between 18.00 and 06.00, however additional hours outside of these times may be required to be worked depending on operational needs.
Hourly Rate: £13.50 basic rate
Introduction
We are growing our team of drivers and are looking for a highly motivated and qualified individuals to join our team as a Class 1 HGV Driver. Explore Plant and Transport Solutions is one of the fastest growing haulage and plant hire businesses in the UK, with experience in a range of industries such as construction, aerospace and rail on high-profile, large-scale projects such as HS2 and EWR. This role will give you the chance to work with a FORS Gold accredited fleet on a series of projects up and down the UK across a variety of industries, with opportunities to further your career development by partaking in our in-house training programmes.
Summary
Varied workloads across our customer base. Trunking loads to different depots for onward delivery the next day.

Full UK Driving licence
Class 1 Licence
Current CPC
Driver Qualification Card
Skills/Knowledge
Be knowledgeable, have experience of and be comfortable with London driving
Would benefit from previous flat-bed experience and load security
A good level of understanding and comprehension of the English Language / Excellent communication skills
Able to work under pressure
