HGV Delivery Driver – North West Trucks - Winwick, Warrington
Salary: £12 - £13 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Due to expansion we are opening a brand new site with state of the art equipment and brand new staff facilities in Winwick, Warrington. Our new site is creating some great opportunities to join one of the largest automotive groups in the UK and we have an opportunity to join the business as a HGV Delivery Driver.
What you’ll do:
- Collection and delivery of Customers’ vehicles
- Movement of vehicles from designated storage yards
- Provide on and off site support to all departments of the business as and when requested
- Carry out new vehicle road tests and ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery, i.e fuelling up the vehicle
- Ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods to designated locations
- Complete required paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Occasionally perform general warehouse duties as required
What we need:
- Full UK Driving Licence – with HGV Class 1
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred but not essential
- Previous experience in a driving role preferred but not essential
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
