This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Advisor to join our ever growing team.
As Compliance Administrator, you’ll play a part in keeping some of the UK’s biggest brands on the road, responsible for advising customers and repair agents of all service and MOT requirements and ensuring legal compliance is always upheld with a high level of service delivered to our customers.
What you’ll do
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered in-line with the SLA criteria and are dealt with appropriately and promptly
- Schedule MOT bookings in accordance with the service schedule minimising vehicle downtime and replacement vehicle costs
- Advise customers and repair agents of all service and MOT requirements and booking dates
- Ensure we are compliant to legislation for servicing and MOTs
- Obtain and distribute all relevant service documentation and MOT certificates
- Ensure all paperwork is checked and marked as legally compliant and uploaded to specific electronic systems
- Log and close down defects as per customer requirements
- Ensure all procedures are adhered to and report all incidents of non-compliance
- Seek and manage opportunities for Continuous Improvement
- Manage and appropriately escalate non performing interal workshops and external suppliers.

- Previous experience of working with HGV Compliance within a transport or automotive environment
- Knowledge of commercial vehicle repairs and breakdown services would be an advantage
- Excellent IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Salary: £30,000.00-£31,500.00 per year
