HGV Class 2 Driver Leicester, England
Job description
Wanlip sand & Gravel have an opportunity for a class 2 driver to work within our small friendly team delivering aggregates and building materials throughout Leicestershire.
It is a permanent roll with social working hours, Monday to Thursday 7.30-4.30, Friday 7.30-3.30 and every other Saturday morning 8.00-12.00 to make 41 hours
You will;
Be required to deliver materials in a safe efficient manner to the general public as well as building and landscaping contractors.
Look after your lorry and ensure that daily checks, driving times and safe loading, unloading practices are adhered to.
Perform other reasonable duties that may be requested of you.
Have the opportunity to gain experience and certification on forklifts and loading shovels
You will need,
Class 2 driving licence with a valid CPC and Digi Taco card.
Good customer service skills
A Crane certificate would be an advantage but not essential
An enthusiastic can-do attitude, that gets work done in a professional manner
We run a performance led bonus scheme pain every six months up up to £4000 per year
