Job description
Taylor Stevenson is acting as an employment business on behalf of our client in Doncaster.
Our client is nationwide haulier based in Doncaster delivering goods to supermarkets across the UK.
We are seeking HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER on various shift patterns to start on an on-going basis.
SHIFT START TIMES VARIED – you will be planned based on availability. Days/Nights/Tramping available.
JOB DUTIES:
- Delivering to stores across the UK
- Operating curtainsider/box/fridge unit (depends on the run)
- Completing POD’s at every delivery and collection
- Vehicle checks
- NO self tip
- Excellent communication with transport
- 10 - 12 hour shifts – 7 day operation
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- HGV Class 1 experience (1 year preferred)
- Valid UK license, CPC and Taco
- Full PPE (Hi-Vis and safety boots)
PAY RATE (paye):
Days - £16.00ph
Nights - £17.00ph
Saturday - £19.50ph
Sunday - £20.50ph
