Healthy Families Facilitator/Practitioner
Fixed term contract to 30.09.2024, 0.6 FTE, 22.5 hours a week
£24,092 - £27,132 salary (£14,455 - £16,279 pro-rated salary)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Facilitator/Practitioner to support families in providing a healthy, happy start in life for babies and children. The HENRY practitioner role may comprise any or all of the following responsibilities. Additional role-specific information gives a more detailed description of individual posts.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Reaching and engaging diverse families
- Delivering HENRY programmes and family support services to families
- Training and supporting staff working with children and families
- Collecting data to measure impact of services and drive improvement
You will have an empathic and caring approach which supports parents to give babies and children the best start in life. You will be able to build respectful and sensitive relationships with families and multi-agency partners and have a commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion.
