Sunday - Thursday 14:00 - 22:00

The good news is that our continued success and business growth has opened up an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Operatives to join our successful team at Cormar Carpets Southern Distribution Centre.
The contract is undergoing an exciting period of major change and transformation including the start-up of a 120,000 sq ft DC in Hemel Hempstead as a result of the ambitious growth plans of Cormar Carpets, and we are looking to recruit ambitious individuals who will play a key role in the strategic growth and development plans of the site and contract.
- Reporting to Warehouse Team Leader.
- Ensure that the operation meets the customer service requirements by completing each function at the highest standard.
- To carry out a variety of warehouse activities such as picking, despatch, goods in, FLT driving with boom and plant equipment operation.
- To carry out duties accurately, above the required minimum productivity rate and quality control.
- To carry out general housekeeping and maintenance duties, to ensure that the profile of the site is maintained to the very highest standard.
- To be responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and other operatives by adhering to safe working practices.
- To attend training courses when required.
- Must be able to work shift and weekends.
The Person
- Counterbalance trained with evidence of qualification.
- Reach truck trained with evidence of qualification.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Experience of warehouse operations.
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
