Job Title: Help Desk Operator (12-hour Shift Pattern)
Location: Durham NHS Site
Pay Rate: £10.42ph
Weekly Pay
Shift Patterns: 8.30 am-8.30 pm (Day Shift), 8.30 pm-8.30 am (Night Shift)
- Answering calls and emails from staff and logging support tickets in the system
- Providing first-line support to users of our IT systems and applications
- Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to second-line support where necessary
- Maintaining accurate records of all support requests and resolutions
- Communicating with users about the status of their support requests and providing updates on the progress
- Providing guidance and advice to users on the use of IT systems and applications
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience working in a help desk or technical support role
- Good knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work a 12-hour shift pattern
